Jacob C. White is a New Jersey born and raised, first-generation college graduate. Obtaining his B.A. in Political Science with a minor in History from Rowan University in 2020, there Jacob was selected for and participated as a Student Representative with the Rowan Institute for Public Policy, the Treasurer of his fraternity Sigma Pi, and a member of both the Rowan Fishing Club and the Pi Sigma Alpha Honor Society. During his collegiate studies, Jacob was selected for and interned with New Jersey State Senator, Declan O’Scanlon’s office and also always maintained employment working in the field of radon mitigation, as a deli clerk, as well as maintenance staff at a local beach club.
After college, Jacob was accepted to and enrolled at Rutgers Law School Newark, graduating with his Juris Doctorate in 2023. At Rutgers Law, Jacob was a staff editor for the Rutgers Business Law Review, an Event Coordinator for Rutgers Society for Corporate Law & Governance, and was selected for and participated as a Student Attorney for the Rutgers Community and Transactional Lawyering Clinic. There, Jacob gained valuable experience in handling complex probate and guardianship matters and preparing initial corporate organizational documents for various New Jersey not-for-profit organizations and community groups.
Jacob started at Falk, Flotteron & Davidson after his first year of law school, initially as an intern, then a law clerk, and now as a licensed and practicing attorney. Jacob’s practice focuses on civil litigation, transactional business and real estate, commercial and residential landlord tenant matters, basic estate planning, and municipal court matters. Jacob is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Senior Legislative Coordinator for the Municipal Court Section, a member of the Middlesex County Bar Association & New Brunswick Bar Association, and regularly participates in various Continuing Learning Education Programs.
