Jacob P. Davidson
Jacob P. Davidson, Esq. is the Managing Partner of Falk, Flotteron & Davidson, LLP, where he leads a comprehensive civil litigation and real estate practice. Licensed in both New Jersey and New York, Mr. Davidson represents clients in complex litigation, land use matters, and transactional negotiations.
A graduate of Hofstra Law School (J.D., with honors) and the University of Hartford (B.A., Communications), Mr. Davidson began his legal career at the firm as a law clerk and rose to Managing Partner. He has been recognized as a Super Lawyer for multiple consecutive years and was honored by the New Jersey State Bar Association with the Young Lawyer of the Year Award for 2025–2026, as well as the Professional Achievement Award in 2022 from the NJSBA Young Lawyers Division.
Mr. Davidson is the recipient of the 2025 Robert J. Cirafesi Chancery Practice Award from the Middlesex County Bar Association.
